Figma is hiring a Federal Compliance Manager to join our security and compliance team in a fully remote or US-hub role. You will document and implement FedRAMP control requirements, support audits, and contribute to POAM reporting across our cloud platforms.

The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams (legal, product, security, and engineering) to strengthen our security posture and ensure FedRAMP readiness across the SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT auditing and/or compliance experience.
• Recent hands-on concentration with FedRAMP Framework.
• Experience leading a Cloud Service Provider through a FedRAMP ATO process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal, security, product, and engineering teams to document and implement control requirements.
• Support audits and remediation of security control implementations, tests, and vulnerability results.
• Contribute to POAM reporting for authorizing agencies and maintain SSP documentation.
