Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a professional to support federated interoperability activities in Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on managing interoperability requirements, coordinating with multinational stakeholders, and ensuring test data quality. Active Secret clearance is required, with up to 30 days of travel per year.

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years in multinational collaboration and 3 years delivering interoperability requirements, governance, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree or higher from a recognized university.
• Experience coordinating across multinational environments and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage interoperability requirements and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support federated interoperability activities across the capability lifecycle.
• Elicit, capture, and collect interoperability requirements across DOTMLPFI.
• Develop policies, directives, concepts, and process refinement.
• Monitor data quality and ensure completeness of interoperability test data.
• Identify data gaps and support reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate communications for interoperability events and brief participants.
• Provide guidance on federated interoperability tools and processes.
• Support the Federated Interoperability Branch activities and travel up to 30 days/year.
• Assist in analysis and production of reports and briefings.
