Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a data integration and decision-support specialist to build end-to-end data pipelines, dashboards, and governance practices. You will collaborate with program managers and portfolio staff to improve delivery through data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, analytics, and the development of digital data-collection workflows, supporting MOR solutions and enterprise data integration efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field; or 5+ years relevant experience.
• End-to-End solution delivery experience in the last 24 months.
• 3+ years in data integration or engineering (relational DBs, ETL/ELT, APIs, data pipelines).
• 2+ years SQL and at least one analytics language (Python, R, Scala, SAS, MATLAB).
• Experience designing at least two structured digital data-collection or workflow solutions.
• 3+ years building BI products, dashboards, or other decision-support tools.
• Hands-on experience with data modelling, data quality, or data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain repeatable data integration processes.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, visualizations, and other decision-support solutions.
• Identify information requirements, data sources, and gaps with stakeholders.
• Document data sources, models, transformations, and operating procedures.
• Contribute to digital data-collection applications and workflows.
• Support MOR solutions and the transition of prototypes to enduring platforms.
