Job summary

Case Western Reserve University’s Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing offers a part-time student role in the Student Services office. The position begins Fall 2026, with 10-15 hours per week and an hourly rate of $13.81–$15.00.

Work will take place on campus with some remote opportunities, supporting administration, outreach, and events. Eligible under Federal Work Study, you’ll gain hands-on professional experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled at the university.
• Eligible for Federal Work Study as determined by the Financial Aid Office.
• One year of related office experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Conscientious and detail-oriented with accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization.
• Draft, proofread, and send emails on behalf of the department.
• Support scheduling, meeting prep, and note-taking as needed.
• Prepare and distribute newsletters and department communications.
• Maintain an organized, professional office environment.
• Help plan and coordinate Student Services events and programs.
• Greet guests, assist with event logistics, and manage seating.
• Attend departmental meetings and support newsletter content.
