Job Summary

This position provides hands‑on experience in academic editing, digital content review, and accessibility best practices in higher education.

Job Duties

• Review course materials (documents, slides, and online content) for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity.
• Ensure consistent formatting and layout.
• Provide written feedback or suggested edits using established guidelines.
• Assist with basic accessibility checks, verifing heading structure, checking readable font styles and sizes, and identifying missing or unclear alternative text for images.
• Follow provided checklists and templates when reviewing materials.
• Communicate questions or issues clearly with supervisors.
• Maintain confidentiality of course and instructional materials.
• Assist with routine iPad maintenance tasks, including verifying required apps are present and updated, following provided instructions.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Salary Range

Commensurate with experience.
