Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at Southern Crescent Technical College (minimum 6 credit hours) and meet SAP requirements.
• Federal Work Study eligibility required; must be a current student at the Griffin location.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and determine their needs, routing to appropriate staff.
• Answer, screen, and route calls promptly and courteously; provide timely messages.
• Provide administrative support (typing, filing, ordering supplies, data entry, processing mail).
• Maintain orderly office environment and assist with general office tasks as needed.
