Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and UTMB student enrolled at least half time.
• Preferred BS in biological sciences or allied health.
• Experience organizing records or supporting regulatory processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organization of laboratory records and documentation.
• Help collect and organize educational course documents.
• Review educational documents for quality control.
• Prepare forms and templates for hard-copy or electronic records.
• Assist with meeting preparation and logistics.
• Assist with data collection and distribution lists using Power Automate.
