East Carolina University’s School of Art and Design is seeking Office Assistants for the SoAD Main Office. Duties include desk reception, answering the department telephone, routing messages, and assisting faculty and students during office visits.
Responsibilities also include preparing spreadsheets, organizing supplies, light cleaning, and delivering packages. Part-time shifts run Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with schedules determined by student employees and Main Office Administration.

ECU School of Art and Design's Main Office is currently seeking Office Assistants.
Duties will include desk reception; answering the department telephone and redirecting calls, forwarding messages taken via email to appropriate faculty member, communicating with faculty and students as they enter main office, preparing spreadsheets and other paperwork as assigned, filling the copier, organizing and inventorying supplies, performing general light cleaning and sanitizing, and delivering packages in the building.
Hires will cover part-time shifts that span the SoAD Main Office hours of Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. Schedules are to be determined by student employees and Main Office Administration.
