Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College is seeking an on-campus, entry-level support role within Student Life and Ivy Cares. You will collaborate on projects, digitize documents and help manage the loaner laptop/hotspot program, as well as staff the food pantry and handle donations.

This position supports planning and implementation of Student Life programming, offering hands-on experience in student services and office administration in a college setting.

Assist the Director of Student Life & Ivy Cares with projects for Ivy Cares (the HUB – pantry, loaner laptops, hotspots) and Student Life (planning, implementation, and setup/tear down for programs, as well as general office work).Duties and Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with the Student Life Director on projects.2. Digitize documents.3. Assist in the management loaner laptop/hotspot program.4. Staff the food pantry.5. Manage food pantry donations.6.
