Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College is seeking an on-campus, entry-level support role within Student Life and Ivy Cares. You will collaborate on projects, digitize documents and help manage the loaner laptop/hotspot program, as well as staff the food pantry and handle donations.

This position supports planning and implementation of Student Life programming, offering hands-on experience in student services and office administration in a college setting.

• Completed FAFSA on file demonstrating financial need.
• Maintain an aid-eligible SAP status.
• Excited to learn and adapt to student support needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Student Life Director on projects for Ivy Cares and Student Life.
• Digitize documents to support office operations.
• Assist in managing loaner laptop/hotspot program.
• Staff Ivy pantry and manage pantry donations.
• Assist in planning and implementing Student Life programming.
