Job summary

RIVA Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the technical delivery for a Federal web modernization program. This role involves managing cross-functional teams across web development, analytics, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing technical projects and Agile teams, and be able to communicate effectively with Government stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid work model and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical projects, web/digital services, or Federal IT delivery programs.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical project execution across web operations and technical delivery.
• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery activities, including sprint planning and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and status reports.

Skills

Experience managing technical projects

Agile/Scrum or Kanban team management

Drupal/WCMS platforms understanding

Coordination of technical teams

Experience with Jira and Confluence

Knowledge of Section 508/WCAG
