Job summary

RIVA Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead program performance and delivery supporting ITA/OCIO-CRD. Responsibilities include strategic planning, vendor task management, financial oversight, and client interfacing to ensure contractual performance across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, PMP/FAC/PPM or equivalent, and strong leadership. Hybrid work with 2–3 days onsite in Washington, D.C. is supported; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• PM Certification (PMP, FAC/PPM, or equivalent) required.
• Experience managing IT-focused government contracts.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Experience with financial oversight and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technical and administrative projects.
• Oversee contract performance, resource allocation, and QA.
• Supervise personnel, scheduling, staffing, and deliverables.
• Interface with government stakeholders as primary point of contact.
• Oversee subcontractor tasks and ensure performance standards.
• Conduct risk management, reporting, and contract compliance.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication with the client.
• Recommend solutions and guide teams through complex problems.
