Job summary

RIVA Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead / Lead Web Developer in Reston, Virginia, to oversee technical execution for a Federal web modernization program. The ideal candidate will lead development teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure and accessible digital products.

This role requires extensive experience in Drupal/WCMS, strong skills in modern web development, and the ability to mentor and guide a team effectively. Additional benefits are offered including flexible hours and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Drupal or similar WCMS-based websites.
• Strong skills in PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices.
• Experience building custom modules and templates within CMS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, and configuration of website enhancements.
• Guide developers in applying Drupal best practices and secure coding.
• Support CI/CD processes and coordinate technical issue resolution.
