Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the WebAdmin mailbox and tickets.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding ticket status.
• Post and maintain web content according to standards.

Skills

Experience using Drupal, WordPress, or SharePoint to maintain web content

Experience with ticketing systems

Basic understanding of HTML and CSS

Strong customer service skills

Familiarity with accessibility checks
