Guidehouse is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and modernize training for a fast-paced federal program in Tysons Corner, VA. You will develop course content,plan lessons, and create engaging materials for both in-person and virtual trainings.

The role requires 5 years in training and development, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust. Onsite work four days per week is expected in Tysons Corner, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of training and development experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust.
• Onsite 4 days per week in Tysons Corner, VA.

Responsibilities

• Design, enhance, and deliver training solutions across the organization.
• Develop new course content and refresh existing materials.
• Plan lesson structures and create engaging written and visual training elements.
• Support virtual and in-person engagements, including conferences.
• Maintain the internal training library with clear, current resources.
• Track compliance training deadlines and report progress to leadership.
