Job summary

HDR Federal Business Group is seeking a technology leader to drive a strategic vision across six Federal Market Sectors. You will guide evaluation of emerging tech, enable secure digital delivery, and align HDR platforms with NIST, RMF, FedRAMP requirements.

You will collaborate with HDR leadership, manage cross‑group initiatives, and foster a culture of innovation, resilience, and operational excellence across HDR's Federal programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology strategy for multidisciplinary engineering or professional services in Federal contexts.
• Minimum 10 years delivering technological solutions for Federal clients.
• Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, CUI).

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies for Federal programs with performance metrics.
• Drive technology innovation that enhances Federal program performance, resilience, security, and compliance.
• Represent FBG in enterprise technology planning and ensure alignment with Federal standards.
• Develop and align technology visions and roadmaps for Federal Market Sectors and Delivery Teams.
• Promote thought leadership in Federal technology domains and coordinate across HDR groups.
