Ashburn, United States — Zohorecruit is seeking a leader to drive technical delivery for the DHS/CBP ETMSS program. This hybrid Direct Hire role requires coordinating Agile delivery, technical teams, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting for mission-critical federal systems.

The incumbent will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with SDLC practices, and deliver program outcomes while communicating with federal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active DHS, DoD Top Secret, or Q-level clearance.
• Experience in technical delivery, project/program management and Agile leadership.
• Ability to manage scope, schedules, risks, dependencies and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence, SDLC practices, technical reporting, and stakeholder briefings.
• Strong communication and federal enterprise delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for the DHS/CBP ETMSS program and coordinate Agile delivery.
• Manage milestones, risks, dependencies, and program reporting to stakeholders.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams and ensure on-schedule, compliant delivery.
