Job summary

Didlake, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager / Task Order Manager in the United States to lead federal contract execution and client relationships. You will drive schedules, staffing, and performance while coordinating with contracts, finance, and HR to ensure compliance and success.

The role emphasizes strong communication, budgeting, and program leadership across multiple concurrent tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing federal government contracts, task orders, or complex programs.
• Experience with government reporting systems and contract management tools.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of federal contracts, IDIQ vehicles, and task orders as primary operational contact.
• Ensure requirements, milestones, deliverables, and performance objectives are met via plans and schedules.
• Coordinate task order startup, transition activities, and ongoing execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with federal customers through regular meetings and reviews.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards with timely deliverables and reports.
• Coordinate with Contracts and Finance to ensure compliance and support audits and forecasting.
• Oversee budgets, labor utilization, profitability, funding, burn rates, and staffing levels.
• Lead program teams, guide staffing, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Address staffing needs with HR and operational leaders; promote accountability and customer focus.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Lead problem-solving with internal teams, customers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and monitor performance and communications.
