Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Program Manager to act as the primary interface between FEMA stakeholders and the PMO, leading the BPA and related task orders for timely, high-quality performance.

The role requires guiding transitions, startup, execution, and closeout, as well as overseeing budgets, staffing, and risks. Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of recent, relevant experience managing large-scale federal programs, contracts, BPAs, IDIQs, or task order-based contracts.
• Experience as Program Manager, BPA Manager, or Project Manager on federal contracts valued between $50 million and $100 million.

Responsibilities

• Serve as interface between government stakeholders and contracting teams.
• Provide leadership, management, and quality oversight for the BPA and all task orders.
• Lead transition, startup, execution, and closeout of task orders while ensuring continuity of operations.
• Develop and implement program management processes to ensure timely, high-quality performance.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and consultants across multiple task orders.
