Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is seeking a Task Order Project Manager to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment. The role involves managing large, complex task orders, coordinating with government stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of contractual requirements and milestones.

Responsibilities include overseeing schedules, resources, and technical solutions, while maintaining alignment with program goals and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal program management principles for IT, data management, and telecommunications initiatives.
• Knowledge of PM principles for large, complex task orders in a federal environment.
• Ability to coordinate with Government Contracting Officers, KOs, stakeholders, and customer agencies.
• Experience overseeing task order execution including schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Ability to monitor progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure milestones.
• Knowledge of federal contract support operations and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills for cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for large, complex task orders or related initiatives.
• Coordinate with Government Contracting Officers, task order managers, and customer agency representatives.
• Oversee task order execution, coordinating technical solutions, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Ensure activities align with customer requirements and program goals.

PMP or similar certification
