Kleinfelder, Inc. is seeking a Subcontract Manager to join our Federal Contracts and Compliance team in California. You will manage the full subcontract lifecycle, negotiate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance across complex government contracts.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years federal subcontract experience, strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Join a cross-disciplinary team delivering critical infrastructure projects nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 8+ years federal subcontract administration experience.
• Strong understanding of US Government Acquisition environment including FAR and DFARS.
• Capable of representing the organization as primary contact on contract matters.
• Exemplify a strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to guide projects to completion.
• Federal Contract Management Certification from NCMA or FAI preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform all aspects of the subcontract administration lifecycle, including solicitations, bidder identification, evaluation of proposals, cost/price analysis and award recommendations.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct negotiations with Subcontractors.
• Establish, negotiate, and administer NDAs, Teaming Agreements and Prime-subcontractor agreements.
• Perform due diligence on prospective subcontractors and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Develop and monitor strategies for prudent subcontracting with emphasis on small business subcontracting.
• Identify potential procurement problems, analyze impacts and resolve issues.
