Kleinfelder, Inc. is seeking a Subcontract Manager to join our Federal Contracts and Compliance team in Boston, MA.

You will manage all phases of subcontract formation, performance, and closeout for technically and administratively complex contracts. You will lead negotiations with subcontractors, administer NDAs and teaming agreements, conduct due diligence, monitor small business commitments, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and prime contract requirements.

Formación

• Must have knowledge of federal subcontract administration processes.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS, government contracting methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of coordinating with project teams and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the subcontract lifecycle from solicitation to closeout for complex contracts.
• Lead negotiations with subcontractors and coordinate with prime contracts manager.
• Draft and administer NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontract agreements.
• Perform due diligence on prospective subcontractors and ensure compliance.
• Monitor small business commitments and subcontract performance.
• Prepare statements of work and track procurement metrics.
