Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in Mountain View, California, seeks a Group Manager of Federal and State Corporate Income Tax Compliance to own the accuracy and timeliness of tax filings while transforming the function with automation, AI, and in-house tax technology. You will lead a team of tax professionals and influence cross-functional partners across Finance, Legal, and FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience, including public company or Big 4 background.
• Strong command of US federal and state tax concepts (GILTI, FDII, Subpart F).
• Experience communicating with senior Finance leadership and auditors.
• People management experience leading teams of tax professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own federal and state income tax return filings and audits end to end.
• Maximize automation of tax compliance using tools and AI.
• Champion Intuit ProConnect Tax and Fixed Asset Manager within the function.
• Drive continuous improvement of control design and operating effectiveness.
• Lead adoption of tax and accounting product suites across the function.
• Manage SOX & internal controls for tax compliance.
