Intuit, Inc. seeks a Group Manager of Federal and State Corporate Income Tax Compliance to own the accuracy and timeliness of filings and to lead a transformation toward automation, AI, and tax technology.
You will lead a team, interact with senior finance leaders and auditors, and drive process changes across global tax operations to ensure compliant, scalable close cycles for a multinational technology company.
This role is a mandate to reinvent, not maintain. The Group Manager of Federal and State Corporate Income Tax Compliance will own the accuracy and timeliness of Intuit's federal and state income tax filings — and will simultaneously lead the transformation of how that compliance gets done, replacing manual, labor-intensive processes with automation, AI, and Intuit's own tax technology. The successful candidate brings deep technical command of U.S. federal and state corporate income tax law, a demonstrated record of driving process transformation, and the people-leadership range to operate at the pace and complexity of a large, multinational technology enterprise.
Intuit is a $20B+ global technology company built on the promise that financial expertise, powered by AI, can be made radically more accessible. Its portfolio of trusted brands — TurboTax, QuickBooks, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp — serves consumers, small businesses, self-employed individuals, and accounting professionals in over 100 countries, helping customers manage their finances, get their taxes done right, and grow their businesses. Intuit's AI-driven expert platform strategy sits at the heart of its next phase of growth, embedding intelligence directly into the products millions of customers rely on every day. Corporate Tax partners with Finance, Legal, and the business to deliver accurate financial reporting, rigorous regulatory compliance, and strategic tax planning on a global scale.
