C Evans Consulting specializes in recruiting for the federal sector and will support Civilian HR staff with staffing duties. The Staffing Specialist drafts vacancy announcements, conducts job analyses, and develops qualification standards to ensure compliant postings.

Hybrid work is expected, with a mix of on-site and telework at USCG Headquarters, and the role involves coordinating with HR SMEs and processing sensitive staffing actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in staffing support services.
• Expert level knowledge of USAStaffing and USAHire.
• DE (Delegated Examining) Certification required.

Responsabilités

• Draft new vacancy announcements and ensure posting to USAJOBS and other boards.
• Conduct job analyses to verify vacancy requirements and applicant qualifications.
• Draft recruitment actions, KSAs, and weighted screen-out elements.
• Coordinate with HR specialists and SMEs on job analyses and requirements.
• Print selection certificates and notify USCG staff for action.
• Research federal regulations to answer staffing questions.
