Job summary

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a Staffing and Senior Manager, Federal Project Manager to lead staffing across federal projects and ensure alignment with government stakeholders. The role oversees end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and startup readiness for new projects, coordinating across resources, PMO, and leadership teams.

You will develop staffing strategies, mentor recruiters, and analyze metrics to drive hiring efficiency while ensuring compliance and reporting obligations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with PMO, staffing coordination, or operations.
• Leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office applications.
• Experience managing staffing and project startup activities.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard Oracle employees and subcontractors.
• Support staffing alignment activities with Resources Analysts.
• Track staffing timelines and startup deliverables.
• Coordinate timelines and communications across teams.
• Ensure PMOs are prepared for reporting obligations.
• Maintain staffing and project tracking documentation.
• Develop staffing strategies to meet workforce needs.
• Lead recruitment across full-cycle processes.
• Partner with department leaders on hiring requirements.
• Monitor staffing levels and identify talent gaps.
• Mentor recruiters and staffing coordinators.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and reports on hiring trends.
