Job summary

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a Staffing and Senior Manager, Federal Project Manager to support federal EHM initiatives. Lead staffing operations, coordinate with government stakeholders, and ensure timely staffing for new projects.

You will oversee onboarding, recruitment, and metrics reporting while guiding recruiters and staffing coordinators. Role requires coordinating across teams, managing competing priorities, and delivering executive-level staffing dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–6 years of project coordination, PMO support, staffing coordination, or operations experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• PMO support experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding/offboarding for Oracle employees and subcontractors.

• Monitor staffing levels and identify talent gaps across the organization.
• Lead recruiters and staffing coordinators.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare hiring trend reports.
• Develop staffing strategies to meet workforce needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with department leaders on hiring requirements and workforce planning.
