Job summary

Oracle Health Government Services in the United States seeks a Federal Program Manager to own federal task orders, scope, and delivery across a complex healthcare IT environment. You will manage requirements, funding, schedules, and outcomes with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliant, on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with contracts, finance, procurement, and executive leadership, applying governance best practices and risk management to optimize program performance and customer

Qualifications

• Candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in program management or related fields.
• Familiarity with federal contracting rules and task order governance is required.
• Certification in PMP, PgMP, FAC-P/PM, DAWIA, ITIL or similar is preferred.
• Experience coordinating across contracts, finance, procurement and delivery teams.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and PMO governance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own task order scope, commitments, requirements, and deliverables.
• Govern contract requirements, acceptance criteria, and decision records.
• Manage requirements traceability from contract to delivery plans.
• Lead deliverable planning, quality reviews, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate funding, budget, labor planning, and revenue forecasts.
• Oversee change control, cost/schedule/resource impact analysis.
• Monitor schedules, KPIs, and performance against commitments.
• Manage risk, issues, actions, decisions, and escalations.
• Align cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver commitments.
• Support lifecycle activities, audits, renewals, and opportunities.
