Job summary

Oracle Health Government Services seeks a Federal Project Analyst Staffing Coordinator to support staffing for a Federal client, manage onboarding and subcontractor activities, and oversee staffing trackers and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience with staffing data, and the ability to work in a regulated Federal environment with internal stakeholders and client partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing coordination, project coordination, workforce management, subcontractor administration, or HR operations.
• Strong organization, follow-up, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience maintaining staffing spreadsheets, trackers, rosters, reports, and onboarding records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Slack.
• Ability to manage sensitive personnel and contract information with discretion.
• Hands on experience leading programs with multiple teams operational
• 3rdparty vendor management and Risk management experience
• Communication, team building, coaching

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, extensions, offboarding, and staffing assignments.
• Track resource availability, staffing rosters, and onboarding records.
• Support recurring Integration-team meetings and reporting.
• Serve as a central point of coordination among project managers, resource analysts, and leadership.
