Job summary

Scale is expanding its federal business, with Solutions Engineers ensuring customers have flawless first experiences and helping build long-term partnerships. You will be on the front lines of shaping our offerings for federal clients.

The role involves end-to-end product demonstrations, tailoring collateral for federal stakeholders, and partnering with Account Executives to run customer pilots. AI/ML and TS/SCI clearance are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Engineering background in computer science, mathematics, or other quantitative fields.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical customers at all levels.
• Proficient with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Bash scripting, or other programming languages.
• Experience with Public Sector customers (National Security and Federal Civilian).
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Based in the Washington DC area or willing to relocate.
• Experience in AI/ML, Generative AI and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the end-to-ends of Scale Products.
• Create tailored demonstrations and collateral for federal stakeholders at executive and analyst levels.
• Partner with Scale Account Executives to deliver customer pilots per requirements.
• Integrate and ingest external datasets to solve government use cases.
• Interact with customers daily to understand pain points and design solutions for Scale capabilities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into Scale features.
• Understand public sector mission sets and strategic objectives to showcase Scale products.
