Job summary

Scale's Solutions Engineers in Washington, DC will be on the front lines helping federal clients adopt Scale technology and build lasting partnerships. You will become an expert on end-to-end Scale products and tailor demonstrations for federal executives and analysts.

Collaborating with Account Executives, you will drive customer pilots, ingest diverse datasets, and translate government needs into Scale capabilities while engaging with all stakeholder levels.

Qualifications

• Engineering background in CS, math, or other quantitative fields.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Experience with Public Sector customers and AI/ML knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on end-to-end Scale products.
• Create tailored demonstrations and collateral for federal stakeholders at executive and analyst levels.
• Partner with Scale Account Executives to deliver customer pilots per requirements.
• Ingest external datasets to solve government use cases.
• Interact with customers daily to understand pain points and design solutions.
• Work with product and engineering to turn requirements into Scale capabilities.
• Understand public sector missions to showcase Scale products.
