In this role, you will help re-envision commercial product offerings for federal clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience. You will create tailored solutions, integrate external datasets, and collaborate with product teams. Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical customers.
• Ability to quickly pick up new tech stacks and troubleshoot.
• Previous experience working with Public Sector customers and challenges.
• Proficiency in languages such as Python, Javascript/Typescript, or Bash.
• Background in AI/ML, especially Generative AI and Large Language Models.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Scale Products and their applications.
• Create tailored demonstrations for federal stakeholders.
• Integrate external datasets to solve government use cases.
• Work closely with internal product and engineering teams.
• Understand public sector mission sets to better showcase products.
