Accenture Federal Services is seeking a solutions development leader to translate federal mission challenges into executable, differentiating solutions pursued through CSOs and OTA opportunities. You will work with government stakeholders, technical leaders, industry partners, and growth teams to shape concepts and establish credible paths from idea to prototype to broader adoption.

Formación

• Experience in federal solutions development, technical business development, solution architecture, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience shaping or pursuing opportunities through CSOs, OTAs, or comparable federal pathways.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into actionable solution concepts and executable plans.
• Experience working with technical SMEs to evaluate capabilities and discuss design tradeoffs.
• Experience bringing together internal capabilities and external partners to address complex requirements.
• Strong customer engagement, facilitation, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of how solution design ties to acquisition approach, pricing, and delivery.
• Experience advancing a solution from concept through prototype to operational adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Engage government stakeholders to understand mission priorities and outcomes.
• Identify and qualify CSO and OTA opportunities based on alignment and potential.
• Partner with architects, engineers, and delivery leaders to define approach and value.
• Work with SMEs to develop prototype concepts, milestones, and success criteria.
• Evaluate potential teaming partners and relationships with tech providers and research orgs.
• Link technical design with acquisition strategy, delivery planning, and business goals.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, solution workshops, and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with capture, contracts, pricing, and delivery teams on requirements.
• Guide concept papers, white papers, and solution briefs with a solid technical approach.
• Maintain continuity from opportunity development through award and delivery.
