Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Software Engineer to deliver robust technology solutions for US federal programs. You will design architectures, manage deployment plans, and oversee implementations with SME support to resolve complex challenges.

You will perform testing, create design reviews and ICDs, and drive successful system integration and acceptance across defense, public safety, and civilian missions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and deploying complex systems.
• Strong understanding of system design architecture and deployment plans.
• Expertise in providing technical support and proposing solutions for technical challenges.
• Experience drafting technical reports and managing interface control documents (ICDs).
• Familiarity with conducting Preliminary and critical design reviews (PDRs/CDRs).
• Proficiency in using release management tools, system integration platforms, and automated testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Design and architect system solutions, including drafting deployment plans and system design documentation.
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) support for software and systems engineering initiatives.
• Deploy systems and propose resolutions for complex technical challenges.
• Perform comprehensive testing activities, including defect tracking and technical reporting.
• Prepare and deliver Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Conduct system demonstrations and testing sessions.
• Support System Acceptance Tests (SATs) and ensure successful system integration and deployment.
