Job summary
Peraton is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to guide the development of differentiated, credible solutions for Federal Government opportunities. This senior director-level role bridges customer needs, enterprise architecture, modernization strategy, delivery execution, and business growth.
The LSA will collaborate with Capture, Business Development, and Engineering to translate requirements into executable solutions and measurable customer outcomes while engaging with senior government
Qualifications
- 18+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership and related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Federal Government technology programs.
- Experience presenting technical solutions for RFI/RFP and competitive opportunities.
- Strong enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, software development, systems integration, and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution development for complex Federal Government opportunities from requirements to execution.
- Establish technical and architectural vision across enterprise apps, cloud modernization, and data/AI-enabled capabilities.
- Direct multidisciplinary Solution Teams and SME contributions for cohesive solutions.
- Translate customer needs and criteria into compliant, executable technical approaches.
- Engage with leadership to shape win strategies, pricing, and customer engagement.
