Qualifications

• 7+ years of program/project management experience, including 3+ years in federal contracting environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading agile software or cloud delivery teams (SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure delivery, DevSecOps practices, and federal security frameworks (NIST RMF, STIG, ATO) at a program management level.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• PMP or SAFe certification, or ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery from planning through execution, including scope, schedule, staffing, risk, and financials.
• Maintain client relationships with government program leadership, including reporting and contract deliverables.
• Establish delivery standards, governance, and audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee cross-functional delivery teams operating in SAFe Lean-Agile model.
• Identify and grow scoped opportunities by translating mission needs into executable work.
