Job summary

Intellect Solutions LLC seeks a dynamic Solutions Architect to support federal growth by translating mission requirements into secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud-based solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

You will coordinate with Capture, BD, Proposal, Pricing, Recruiting, and Program Delivery to shape opportunities, develop architectures, and craft compelling technical narratives throughout the capture lifecycle.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a Solutions/Enterprise Architect or similar role.
Experience supporting federal government contracting, capture, business development, and/or proposal development.
Translate complex customer requirements into practical, compelling technical solutions.
Design cloud/hybrid-cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, containerization, automation, and security concepts.
Knowledge of AI/ML, data analytics, and automation is desirable.
Experience developing technical proposals, solution diagrams, and BOEs is preferred.
Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to operate in fast-paced federal capture environments.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Capture, Business Development, Proposal, Pricing, Recruiting, and Program Delivery teams to identify and pursue federal opportunities.
Analyze RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, PWS/SOW requirements, evaluation criteria, and customer environments.
Architect comprehensive technical solutions aligned with customer mission and business objectives.
Lead solution development across the capture lifecycle including narratives, architectures, and diagrams.
Participate in solutioning sessions, technical reviews, color teams, and presentations.
Conduct technical assessments and recommend cloud, cybersecurity, and AI/ML solutions.
Design cloud/hybrid-cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, and/or GCP with DevSecOps in mind.
Incorporate IaC, observability, Zero Trust, and containerization into proposed solutions.
Develop PoCs, prototypes, and demonstrations when appropriate.
Ensure scalability, security, resilience, and cost-effectiveness of solutions.
Collaborate with vendors and partners to develop integrated solutions and BOMs/BOEs with Pricing.
Stay current on federal tech priorities and market trends to support growth.
