Job summary

SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Solutions Architect to lead capture and proposal development for federal DoD and VA opportunities.

You will shape technical and management solutions, translate complex concepts into clear narratives, and drive winning strategies across proposal teams. The role requires 7+ years in Federal IT health agencies, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT, plus strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Federal IT and health-focused federal agencies.
• Experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role in federal government legacy systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of the technical, management and transition story, and artifacts needed to best sell the solution through our proposal.
• Manage delivery of the Technical, Management and Transition Volumes through all color review stages (including recovery).
• Identify essential personnel/roles needed to meet solicitation requirements and differentiate.
• Translate solutions into effective business proposals and graphics for briefings and proposals.
• Collaborate with lines of business to identify and bring the best technical and business strategies to differentiate the company.
