JCTM, LLC is seeking a SharePoint & Power Platform Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard Civil Rights Directorate in Washington, DC.

The role focuses on modernizing information management, enabling digital communications, and sustaining SharePoint and Power Platform solutions across multiple initiatives. You will work in a collaborative environment with responsibilities including requirements gathering, dashboards, workflows, content management, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of specialized and/or relevant experience.
• Experience guiding and directing projects using initiative management principles.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modernize, and sustain SharePoint sites, portal sites, and Power Platform solutions.
• Manage SharePoint Online environments: sites, permissions, libraries, lists, navigation, content.
• Gather requirements, identify improvements, and support approved recommendations.
• Support Power BI dashboards and Power Platform apps for data collection and reporting.
• Coordinate requirements across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Create user guides and training materials for government personnel.
