Job summary

JCTM is seeking a SharePoint & Power Platform Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard Civil Rights Directorate in Washington, DC.

The role focuses on modernizing SharePoint sites, developing Power Platform solutions, dashboards, and data collection tools, while coordinating requirements with stakeholders and ensuring sustainable, accessible solutions. You will work across SharePoint Online, Power BI, Power Platform, and related tools, contributing to multiple initiatives and delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, or a related field.
Two or more years of specialized experience.
Experience guiding projects or initiatives using PM principles.
Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to manage high-complexity projects within timeframes and resources.
Experience managing SharePoint permissions, content, and navigation.
Ability to troubleshoot user access, site functionality, and content management.
Experience developing or supporting web-based collaboration or business-process solutions.
Strong analytical and research capabilities.
Ability to interpret policies, regulations, and directives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior personnel.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite to create or modify graphics.
Excellent organizational skills for monitoring requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and transition to sustainment modernized SharePoint sites and Power Platform solutions.
Configure SharePoint Online environments, including site collections and permissions.
Gather stakeholder requirements and support implementation recommendations.
Support Power BI dashboards and Power Platform apps for data collection and reporting.
Identify and resolve SharePoint functionality and access issues for users.
Coordinate requirements across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Manage complex assignments within schedules and resource constraints.
Review work products for quality and alignment with customer requirements.
Translate technical findings into practical recommendations and solutions.
Ensure compliance with applicable policies and accessibility requirements.
