Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a SharePoint Management Specialist to support the PM MAGTF C2 program. You will design, develop, secure, and administer SharePoint portals and workflows, aligning with MCEN requirements and DoW security policies.

The role covers Teams administration, system integration, records management, risk and issue tracking, and management reporting to improve program operations and decision making. A strong IT and DoD context background is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with eligibility to maintain clearance.
• 8+ years in SharePoint administration, development, or related IT support.
• Experience with site collections, permissions, and metadata.
• Proficiency in SharePoint workflows and document management.
• Strong JS/HTML/jQuery/.NET skills for customizations.
• Experience with Teams administration and 365 collaboration.
• Knowledge of configuration management, records governance, and security.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, administer, and maintain SharePoint sites and libraries.
• Configure site collections, navigation, permissions, and access controls.
• Develop customized workflows and automated document routing.
• Provide Tier 1 SharePoint support and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain search, metadata taxonomy, and information architecture.
• Implement enhancements using .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and jQuery.
• Support Microsoft Teams integration and collaboration environments.
• Manage configuration control docs and electronic signatures.
• Track CDRL deliverables and program documentation.
• Develop management reports and data dashboards for oversight.
