Job summary

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to configure and implement approved capabilities for a Federal Agency. The role translates validated requirements into platform configuration, automation, and controlled production deployments while delivering late-window engineering depth.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, a post-award background investigation, and supports a late implementation window with after-hours/on-call events. Salary range is $90,000-110,000.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow implementation/configuration in large environments.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM/Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, IntegrationHub or similar.
• Configuration of Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and CI/CD concepts.
• Strong communication with architects, developers and stakeholders.
• Ability to support late implementation windows and after-hours events.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement ServiceNow capabilities from validated designs.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub spokes.
• Manage promotions to TEST/PROD with update-sets and CI/CD.
• Coordinate testing with ATF, UAT, and handoff to operations.
• Document configurations, deployment plans and release notes.
