Job summary

Johnson Controls Security Solutions seeks a Security Program Manager for Government Technologies to lead multi-site programs, align with contract requirements, and drive performance across security platforms.

You will partner with CO/COR, government managers, and customer agencies to ensure schedules, reporting, and financial targets are met while improving security outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ten years of general experience in physical and technical security fields.
• Ten years of service delivery using Mastermind and IMS platform.
• Five+ years supervising nationwide security contracts and complex projects for federal government.
• Experience budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting on targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery across Mastermind and Government platforms with focus on SLA performance and growth.
• Interface with Contracting Officer, COR, and agency representatives.
• Ensure procedures align with standards, requirements, and delivery time limits.
• Assign schedules, review discrepancies, and drive corrective actions.
• Supervise multi-disciplined personnel including subcontractors and resolve issues.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and profitability; prepare analyses.
• Maintain client contacts to ensure contract obligations and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement required management plans.
• Support growth by identifying opportunities and pursuing new business.
• Coach and mentor teams to strengthen project management practices.
