Job summary

Johnson Controls Security Solutions (JCSS) Government Technologies leads complex Federal security programs across multiple sites and disciplines. In this role, you will oversee service delivery for a multi-faceted program, partnering with customer stakeholders to ensure contract performance, disciplined execution, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ten years of general experience in physical and technical security fields.
• Ten years of service delivery using Mastermind and IMS platforms.
• At least five years supervising nationwide service contracts and large, complex projects for the Federal government.
• Progressive leadership experience with budgets, requirements, and customer-facing execution.
• Strong understanding of Federal government contracting, regulatory, and compliance topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery across Mastermind and Government platforms with focus on SLA performance and revenue growth.
• Serve as authorized interface with Contracting Officer, COR, and government representatives.
• Establish and maintain procedures that align with standards, requirements, and delivery time limits.
• Assign schedules, review discrepancies, and direct corrective action to keep the program on track.
• Supervise multi-disciplinary personnel including subcontractors and resolve issues.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and profitability; prepare reports.
