AT&T is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition professional to drive full-cycle recruiting for government-focused roles based in Columbia, Maryland. The role involves partnering with leaders, building pipelines for security-cleared positions, and guiding structured interview processes to ensure compliant hires.

You will mentor recruiting team members, support process improvements, and collaborate with security, onboarding, and HR to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience for government, defense, national security, or mission-critical organizations.
• Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill and specialized positions.
• Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and hiring best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting activities for domestic roles supporting Federal Solutions teams.
• Develop recruiting strategies with leaders to align with workforce plans.
• Recruit for mission-critical positions requiring security clearances up to Full Scope Polygraph.
