Stealth Solutions, Inc. in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia seeks an Application Screening Analyst to review applications and supporting documentation for a federal program, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, follows established procedures, handles sensitive information properly, and documents discrepancies clearly and accurately. This is an anticipated full-time, onsite position with final work arrangement to be confirmed

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing applications, compliance records, or sensitive case documentation.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and reconcile discrepancies.
• Strong written communication and professional telephone skills.
• Proficiency with electronic records and standard office software.
• Willingness to complete required training for authorized information systems.

Responsibilities

• Review identity, citizenship or residency, driving history, and other background information for completeness and consistency.
• Identify conflicting records, obtain missing documentation, and refer complex cases for review.
• Contact applicants or authorized representatives professionally and prepare clear correspondence.
• Maintain electronic case records and route complete screening packages to reviewers.
• Meet accuracy and processing standards while safeguarding personal information.
