Job summary

Stealth Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Credentialing Analyst to evaluate complex maritime credential applications in support of a federal program.

This on-site, full-time role is based in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and requires adherence to established quality and turnaround standards. You will review sea service, vessel tonnage, routes, training, and competency evidence, document findings, and communicate corrections to applicants while maintaining electronic case records and

Qualifications

• Demonstrated accuracy in application review and substantiating training and quality
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience with electronic records management and high attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review credential applications, supporting records, training, assessments, and service history against established credentialing requirements
• Evaluate sea service, vessel tonnage, operating routes, training, and competency evidence
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and explain required corrections to applicants
• Document findings and recommendations for Government review
• Maintain accurate electronic case records per program procedures
• Respond professionally to applicants and their authorized representatives
• Meet quality and turnaround standards for case review and participate in peer reviews
