Job summary

Imagineeer LLC is seeking a Solutions Architect/Salesforce SME to lead design, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions that support federal IT programs. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure implementations meet agency requirements and modernization goals.

You will guide end-to-end delivery, support data migration, ensure compliance with cybersecurity and accessibility standards, and mentor teams on best practices in Agile/DevSecOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of Salesforce administration, development, or solution architecture experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in federal environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Gov Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder) and programmatic development (Apex, Lightning).
• Knowledge of federal IT policies, cybersecurity requirements (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP) and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Gov Cloud, and related modules.
• Translate business and mission requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures.
• Evaluate and implement Salesforce features, AppExchange products, and integrations.
• Create solution diagrams, configuration specs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Guide full lifecycle Salesforce delivery from requirements through sustainment.
• Support data migration and system integration efforts, including legacy migrations.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, accessibility (Section 508), and records management requirements.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations in Agile/DevSecOps environments.
• Conduct trade-off analyses and proofs-of-concept to support roadmap decisions.
• Present architecture strategies and recommendations to federal leadership.
• Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, workflows, and validation rules.
