Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in the Federal Sales PMO seeks a Sales Business Development Manager to lead cross-functional teams on NSO contracts and programs, ensuring alignment with government requirements and effective communication with USG customers.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of federal program management, a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and on-site collaboration experience at government facilities. Willingness to reside in VA or MD for client locations is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Federal Government Project/Program Management experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience communicating with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contract and program management policies, procedures, standards and best industry practices.
• Provide leadership and direction to project managers and teams to deliver successful projects.
• Review progress and identify potential risks.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies for contractual risks and issues.
• Facilitate communication between cross-organizational teams, collaborators, and the customer.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and USG customers.
• Lead program reviews to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with other functional areas to align strategic/sales activities.
• Lead continuous improvement of program management processes and tools.
