UFORCE, a defence-technology company, is hiring a Head of Sales, DHS & Federal to build a funded, repeatable customer base for unmanned maritime systems across DHS and federal civilian community.

You’ll own a distinct federal civilian sales motion—from identifying mission problems and building customer relationships to securing funding, winning contracts, and driving sustained operational adoption. Your customers will include USCG, CBP/AMO, DHS S&T, and FEMA.

Qualifikationen

• Proven success winning revenue from DHS or similar federal civilian agencies.
• Understanding of federal civilian buying behavior and pilots transitioning to recurring purchases.
• Ability to establish new relationships independently with operators, program offices, and contracting activities.
• Ability to translate maritime law enforcement needs into credible use cases and demonstration plans.
• Knowledge of civilian budget cycles and execution-year funding.

Aufgaben

• Deliver revenue: identify, shape, and capture $10M+ in DHS/federal civilian revenue within 18 months.
• Build mission-owner relationships across DHS or federal civilian mission owners with sponsors and funding paths.
• Develop operational use cases with sponsors, defining mission problem, funding, acquisition route, and evidence.
• Win initial awards or funded pilots through civilian pathways with plan for follow-on purchases.
• Convert pilots into recurring programs with a repeatable transition model.
• Create routes to contract via schedules, IDIQs, OTA consortia, and qualified partners.
• Build a disciplined pipeline aligned to agency budgets and forecast within +/-15%.
• Lead competitive capture with win themes, pricing strategies, and proposal plans for 30%+ win rate.
• Keep pursuits compliant with Contracts and Legal.
• Drive adoption post-award with Product and Delivery and manage risks.
